Hilti CF 128 is a single component, adhesive polyurethane foam for sealing doors, windows and other openings against air, dirt, moisture, sound and pest infiltration. The propellant in CF 128 contains no Class 1 ozone depleting substances.

CF 128 is part of a complete system including a specially designed dispenser. Precise metering and expansion within the dispenser reduces waste by controlling the amount of foam delivered. The DS1 Foam Dispenser allows for easy placement and uniform bead quality.

CF 128 delivers high yield per can providing cost effective sealing of a variety of applications. CF 128 contains no urea formaldehyde and is safe for indoor use. It has low flame spread and smoke developed ratings meeting building code and architectural requirements for Class I Fire-Rated construction.

CF 128 provides excellent insulating and acoustical properties exhibiting an STC rating (Sound Transmission Coefficient) of 50. CF 128 adheres to most common building materials including wood, concrete, masonry, most metals, and many plastics. CF 128 does not shrink, crumble or become brittle with age.
